Josh Goodman
Josh received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and he earned an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. While at Northeastern, Josh was selected for a Fellowship program where he earned his Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership from the Gordon Institute of Engineering Leadership.
Josh worked as a manufacturing process engineer within both the automotive and the aerospace/defense industries at two of the leading global companies in their respective fields. During this time, he led project teams on both technical and administrative projects and was chosen as factory representative for several corporate-wide teams. While working as an engineer, Josh also began his first entrepreneurial pursuit and became the founder and primary career coach of Goodman Career Coaching. In this capacity, Josh has helped numerous active professionals achieve their career goals through one-on-one coaching and development.
Josh is currently an MBA candidate at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he is focusing on his passion for leadership, management, and entrepreneurship. Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys spending his free time snowboarding, skiing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, and fishing.
Don Holder

Don received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and his MBA from Columbia University in New York City. At Columbia, he primarily focused his studies on entrepreneurship and data science.
Don spent his years before his MBA serving as an officer in the US Navy onboard a nuclear submarine as both assistant department head of engineering and weapons. Don is an accomplished military leader and he achieved the highest qualifications in the nuclear reactor plant and conducted numerous missions as Officer of the Deck. In New York City, Don worked as a data scientist for food delivery startup GoodUncle, as an analyst at VC/PE family office Chelsea Venture Partners, and as leading data scientist at a seed stage aviation fintech startup, SoWise.
Don is currently pursuing his PhD in neurobiology at the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, part of Germany’s renowned Max Planck Society. Outside of his professional pursuits, Don is extremely passionate about the outdoors and has a strong affinity for the ocean. He is a passionate boater and fisherman and loves spending days on the water with his wife, his dog, and the rest of his family and friends.
